教與學是教育活動的主要內容,而學習理論中的「人本主義」,強調的是全人教育,本論文以此為觀察視角,將《點》中所隱含的人本意涵作深入的探析和省思,以期身為教師者都能以人本精神來幫助學生樂在學習,並能在學習中建立自信,實現自我,影響他人,讓學習成為終生追求的美好經驗。彼得.雷諾茲的《點》是敍述一個不會畫畫的小女孩如何在老師的啟發引導下,使其繪畫能力在不斷嘗試後產生自信,還以自己的成功經驗去幫助其他學習者。此書在師生互動中,老師實踐了以下的人本精神:(一)以學生為教育的中心(二)用愛與關懷激發學習動機(三)因材施教。此人本精神的發揮,對學生產生的影響為:(一)誘發學生主動學習的動力(二)在做中學(三)自主性的學習(四)建立自信。 |
英文摘要 |
Teaching and learning are the main content of education, and humanism in the learning theory emphasizes the whole-person education. Therefore, in this thesis with the perspective of learning theory, I research into the implication and reflection of humanism in ”The Dot.” I expect that teachers can use the spirit of humanism to help students enjoy learning. By doing so, students can build self-confidence, self-realization, influence others and have a lifelong aim to pursue better learning experiences.Peter H. Reynolds-”The Dot” describes a little girl who doesn't know how to paint; however, after the inspiration and guidance of her teachers, she continues trying to paint via building self-confidence. In addition, she even uses her successful experience to help other learners. In this book from the interaction between the teacher and student, the teacher practices the following spirits of humanism: (a) making students as the center of education (b) using love and care to stimulate learning motivation of students (c) using individualized teaching. Besides, the spirit of humanism has some impacts on students: (a) inspiring their learning motivation (b) learning by doing (c) autonomous learning (d) building self-confidence. |
