醫院庫房規劃關係到整體資材儲運動線與藥物存取揀貨效率,一個好的庫房設施佈置更會長期地影響資材管理績效。當醫院體系預備將舊庫房搬遷至新建大樓設置時,庫房設施規劃作業須不可草率安排,其既要滿足當前的倉管需要,又需考慮未來長遠營運發展。在移庫之前應先通盤妥善規劃新設倉庫佈置,期望能改善目前舊倉庫進貨、儲貨、揀貨與出貨等作業缺失,以增進新庫房儲存效率、減少倉管成本並提昇作業安全。本研究透由系统化佈置程序(SLP)進行醫院倉庫設施規劃,其程序包括:調查各藥材品項的儲存需求、進貨與出貨頻率、搬運與揀貨困難度、計算活動區面積、活動區域相關分析、區域佈置、辦公室佈置、設計通道動線、儲位規劃與整體佈置方案評估等。本研究並利用訂單-品項-數量(EIQ)方法分析醫院的補貨訂單資料。根據EIQ分析結果,決定出庫房大宗物資品項,並針對倉庫重要物資進行儲位規劃。本研究依據不同的動線與儲位型式,發展出四種倉庫佈置方案,透由分析層級程序法(AHP),選擇出最佳庫房佈置方案,使得醫院新庫房營運更具有儲存效率,且降低資材管理成本。 |
英文摘要 |
Hospital warehouse layout planning is crucial to affect overall materials handling flows, medical inventory storage effectiveness, and drug picking efficiency. A proper warehouse layout design brings the higher performance on medical materials management for a long period. When the hospital system prepares to relocate the old warehouse to a new building, warehouse facilities planning must not make hasty arrangements which are necessary to meet the current needs of the warehouse and the future requirements for the long-term development. Before relocating the old warehouse, we should deliberately make a warehouse layout plan. It can overcome the current defects associated with receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping so as to promote the storage efficiency, to reduce warehousing costs, and to enhance job safety. This study is based on the Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) procedure to develop a layout plan of the hospital warehouse. The framework of the plan includes collecting medicinal item records, determining purchase and shipment frequencies, identifying handling and picking difficulty, calculating activity areas, analyzing activity relationships, designing regional layout, arranging office layout, constructing channel aisle systems, assigning storage location, and evaluating the overall layout plans. In this study, the Entry-Item-Quantity (EIQ) method is also used to analyze the medicinal item records for orders and shipping frequencies. According results of the EIQ analysis, we identified the bulk materials, and assigned these important items to their storage locations respectively. Based on different types for moving lines and storage locations, four kinds of warehouse layout alternatives are developed. We further apply the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to evaluate these proposals and select the best layout scheme that can cause hospital warehouse operations more efficient and reduce costs of materials management. |
