本研究乃是邀請四位傑出音樂家成為研究參與者,經由深度訪談及蒐集與分析相關文件資料的方式進行複式個案研究,將研究參與者生涯歷程之殊異性及普同性進行分析,據以瞭解傑出音樂家之生涯歷程及環境影響因素。茲將研究發現分述如下:1.家庭環境:四位研究參與者在從事音樂的生涯路上,多擁有家長及手足的全力支援及鼓勵;2.立志時期:皆在中學時代即已立定志向從事音樂工作;3.音樂領域之養成教育:四位音樂家皆多才多藝,自幼即涉獵各類藝術,且全都是在大專院校進入音樂科系就讀後又留學歐美繼續深造;4.留學經驗:這四位音樂家都有留學國外的經驗,分別至美國、德國及音樂之都維也納求學,他們在留學時期或接受到大師級的教師之引導,或親身體驗到音樂文化在環境中自然流露的濃郁氛圍而有所省思;5.從事音樂工作之歷程:他們從事音樂工作的歷程可分為三個階段-大專音樂科系畢業後從事音樂教職工作或進入樂團;之後留學國外汲取更多音樂的養份;回國後進入大專院校音樂科系任教並持續作曲或組成合唱團及樂團;6.生命中的貴人之引導與影響:好老師的启蒙與引領是這幾位音樂家共同感念在心的;7.歷經音樂才能發展三階段:浪漫、精確與融合階段。

英文摘要

The participants in this study were four outstanding musicians in Taiwan. Case studies were employed through in-depth interviews and data collection in an aim at acknowledging process of careers by these musician. In view of the results, conclusions were as follows: their artistic career attributed a great deal to family background. Growing education could be divided into three stages: head start, formal discipline, and turning points. All four subjects had benefited greatly, from the guidance of early mentors. These included ”door keepers” of the arts, foreign well-known educators, and teachers. They referred mainly to persistence in adversity, and blooming of artistic development in Taiwan.
