工作在生活佔有極重要部分,如能樂在工作,其所賦與的意義將十分深遠。「工作熱情」尚屬探索性的研究議題,本研究先以質化訪談瞭解工作熱情的內涵並發展量表題項,然後以量化資料探索與驗證此量表,希望經由此量表建構,提供未來研究「工作熱情」的實證工具。在經過質化訪談之後,本研究以金融業及台電公司的二個樣本進行量化分析,首先經探索性因素分析及驗證性因素分析探索與驗證「工作熱情」的建構,並確立「影響同儕」、「發揮所長」及「投入工作」三個構面;其次,再進行效標關聯效度分析,發現三構面均與「工作滿足」有顯著正相闕,但與「離職傾向」有顯著負相關。

Work is important for people. If one enjoys his work, he may feel his life meaningful. Work passion is an exploratory issue in research field. This study conducted qualitative interviews to find the contents of work passion, and tried to build up a primary measure for it. We used two samples to explore and examine the measure empirically. The exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were conducted for the construct validity and job satisfaction and intent to quit are included in the criterion-related validity test. We found a three-dimension construct for work passion, and found the construct and measure stable in the va1idity and reliability test.
