本研究之主要目的即旨在探討五專護生歷經實習壓力之生活經驗,採現象學研究法收集資料,共選取二十位完成全年實習之五專護生爲研究對象,進行一對一之深度訪談。將訪談資料轉錄爲文本後,以Collaizzi分析法進行資料的分析與歸納,研究結果顯示,五專護生歷經實習生涯壓力之主觀經驗共可概括爲三大類目,分別是:戰戰競競-錯綜複雜的情感交織、渴求被接納與肯定,以及成長的體會。本研究並就護生自覺易導致實習壓力的內容進行討論。整體而言,本研究結果有助於對五專護生實習壓力的瞭解,可增進護理教師與護理人員對護生實習壓力感受的理解,並作爲指導及輔導護生實習時之參考。

英文摘要

The purpose of this phenomenological study was to explore the living experience of nursing students during clinical practice. A purposive sample of 20 5th year student nurses who have completed clinical practice participated in the study. Data were collected with a semi-structured interview guide. Subjects' interviews were tape recorded and then transcribed. The content of the interviews was analyzed and categorized using Colaizzi's phenomenological method. Three major themes were found, including worrying-a mixture of feeling, seeking acceptance and approval, and experience of growingup. These results may help nursing educators and senior nurses to understand nursing students' practice stress, and assist them individually.
