本研究目的爲調查膝部骨性關節炎疾人健康相關生活品贊及其相關因素。以橫斷式調查法進行之，研究對象爲北部茶醫學中心鬥診之膝部骨性關節炎病人，經立意取探後以膝部骨性關節炎醫療服護成效量表爲工其進行施測，得有效問卷爲96份。結果顯示，影響健康相關生活品質之因素爲疼痛持績時間、工作狀況與接受治療種類，可解釋健康相關生活品質總變異量的20.5%。而『疼痛持續時間』是疼痛程度之重要預測因子，可解釋疼痛程度總變異量的8%：『疼痛持續時間』與『X光診斷等級』是日常活動與症狀之重要預測因子，可解釋日常活動與症狀總變異量的19.3%；而『疼痛持續時間』與『X光診斷等級』亦是行動功能之重要預測因子，可解釋行動功能總變異量的18.9%；『工作狀態』與『X光診斷等級』是情緒功能之重要預測因子，可解釋情緒功能總變異量的12%；『婚姻狀況』是社會參與之重要預測因子，可解釋社會參與總變異量的63%。

The purposes of this study were to examine health-related quality of life (QOL) of knee osteoarthritis (OA), and to investigate its association with individual characteristics and treatment factors. A cross-sectional survey design with a purposive sample of 96 knee OP. patients was taken from the outpatient unit at a medical center in northern Taiwan. The Outcome Measurement Instrument for quantifying the effectiveness of knee OA treatment was used to measure knee OA health-related QOL. Results of multiple regression showed that pain duration, treatment conditions (operation, medicine), and working status were significantly associated with health-related QOL (R^2=0.205). Health-related QOL was inversely associated with working status, operative treatment, and lung duration of pain. The pain duration could predict the pain level in knee OP. (R^2=0.08). The pain duration and X-ray grade could predict the ability of daily living and symptoms of knee OP. (R^2=0.193). The pain duration and X-ray grade could predict the mobility function (R^2=0.198). The working status and X-ray grade could predict the emotion function (R^2=0.12). The marriage status could predict social function. (R^2=0.063).
