本文是探討一位罹患重症肌無力病患接受胸腺瘤切除急性期之護理經驗，筆者於93年11月10日至93年11月27日護理期間透過觀察、訪談、傾聽及身體評估筆方式，依據Gordon十一項健康功能評估作爲指引，發現個案有呼吸道清除功能失效、急性疼痛、睡眠型態紊亂及焦慮箏護理健康問題，在護理過程提供個案呼吸治療護理促進痰液排出、籍由放鬆技巧減緩疼痛、擬定促進睡眠計畫、提供疾病的認知及照顧能力，協助個案渡過生理上及心理上之危機，期望藉此護理經驗之分享，能提供護理人員臨床照護之參考。

This article reported the nursing experience of a myasthenia gravis patient after receiving thymoectomy. During the post-operation period, the patient was assessed with systemic observation and interviewed by applying the Gorden's 11 functional health patterns to identify nursing problems. The major problems included ineffective airway clearance, pain, disturbance sleep pattern, and anxiety. Nursing care included promoting sputum drainage to keep respiratory hygiene, combining with relaxation skill to relief pain, and providing knowledge to increase self-care ability. By sharing this nursing experience, we hope that the quality of caring similar patients can be improved.
