本稿は湯(2008)｢否定接頭辞『不－』の意味機能と共起制限｣の続稿であり、その論述の目的は、否定接頭辞｢不－｣と後続語基との間に起こる意味機能や共起制限に関する一般化を踏まえた上で、その他の否定接頭辞｢無－、非－、未－｣とその後続語基との間における意味機能と共起制限を比較•対照しながら、さらなる一般化を求めることにある。本稿の構成は大体次のようである。まず、第1節｢はじめに｣では、論文の目的や先行研究を概述し、次の第2節｢日本語否定接頭辞『不－、無－、非－、未－』の中国語における原始的な意味と用法｣では、日本語否定接頭辞｢不－、無－、非－、未－｣の祖語とも言える中国語の文言語彙におけるこれら否定辞の意味と用法について論述する。そして、第3節から第5節の日本語の派生語における｢無－｣•｢非－｣•｢未－｣の3節では、これら否定接頭辞の意味内容とその後続語基との共起制限を詳しく分析•論議する。最後に、第6節の｢結び｣では、本稿の内容の要約をするとともに、これら否定接頭辞の共通点と相違点について一般化を試み、無標の否定接頭辞｢不－｣が動詞や副詞との意味的な結合から最終的にアスペクトやモダリティの意味合いをもつ融合的な否定接頭辞｢無－｣•｢非－｣•｢未－｣に転化してきたことを論述する。

The present paper is a sequel to Tang (2008) 'The semantic functions of the negative prefix ”fu-” and the coocurrence restrictions between the negative prefix and its stem'. Based on the generalizations obtained by investigating the negative prefix 'fu-', this paper aims to compare and contrast this negative prefix with other negative prefixes such as 'mu-, hi-, mi-', and further examines their syntactico-semantic functions and the occurrence restrictions between these negative prefixes and their stems. Section 1 briefly introduces the purpose and the main contents of the paper, including the conclusions obtained from the investigation of the negative prefix 'fu-'. Section 2, in turn, discusses the original usage and meanings of the negative expressions 'fu-, mu-, hi-, mi-' in Classical Chinese, from which the Japanese negative prefixes 'fu-, mu-, hi, mi-' have been derived. Then, Section 3 throughout Section 5 examine the usage and meanings of the Japanese negative prefixes 'mu-', 'hi-', 'mi-', respectively, with regard to the syntactic category, the number of syllables of the stems and the syntactico-semantic functions of derived words as a whole. Finally, Section 6 summarizes the main contents and conclusions of the paper.
