中文摘要

Phenomenon of a political discourse as an instrument forming the profile of the world politics' intellectual support has been considered in the paper. The article deals also with the phenomenon of a communicative rationality, interpreted as an element of political technologies, mechanism of a political communication and as a part of a strategic communication. It is separated from the phenomenon of a rational communication, and their brief comparative analysis is carried out. The case studies demonstrate the political discourse to be a real means of political marketing and modern conflicts in their asymmetric manner as well it determines strategies describing the world community and forms models of state conducts.
