本文經由台北市正在雅動，尚未竟其功的四個古蹟保存個案： l ．建國啤酒廠啤酒生產線的保存， 2 ．寶藏巖山坡上的老違建聚落的保存， 3 ．大稻埕公娼館的保存， 4 ．網上的紫藤廬茶館保存，討論全球化形勢下古蹟保存的一點新想像。作者認為值得指出它們透露的意義： 1 ．擴大古蹟保存的論述空間， 2 ．對抗全球化年代的社會排除， 3 ．古蹟保存的技術升級， 4 ．重新界定公共空間， 5 ．古蹟保存的反身性效果。所以，在網絡社會中的文化既然是真實虛擬的文化，古蹟保存本身就是意義競爭的空間。

Through four proposing projects in Taipei city, such as 1. Conservation of the first production line of Taiwan’s beer industry in Jienguo Brewery, 2. Conservation of the old squatter settlement on the hill of Baozangyan, 3. Conservation of the licensed prostitute hail in Dadaocheng, 4. Conservation of Wistaria Tea House on Internet, we may imagine some new possibilities of historic conservation in the current trends of globalization. After that, the meanings revealed by these cases are elaborated upon as follows: 1. Broaden the scope and the discursive space of historic conservation, 2. Resisting the social exclusion in globalization, 3. Technological upgrading of historic conservation, 4. Redefining the public spaces, 5. The effects of reflexivity in historic conservation. Therefore, since the culture in the network society is the culture of real virtuality, the historic conservation itself is the contesting space.
