代謝症侯群是B型肝炎帶原者演變成肝硬化獨立危險因子之一。本研究針對具有代謝症候群危險因子的B型肝炎病毒成染者進行健康促進活動,探討其對身體組成、血液生化值及飲食攝取行為的成效。46位介入組接受12週健康講座、運動介入(每週3天健康運動實作)及個別營養衛教。96位對照組完成基本問卷及生化檢查。結果發現經健康促進活動後,介入組的體重、身體質量指數、腰圍、體脂肪率、血壓、空腹血糖、血總膽固醇、血中LDL及總膽固醇/HDL比值都下降。(p < 0.05)。對照組之體位無顯著差異,但血總膽固醇值下降(p < 0.05)。在飲食行為方面,介入組與對照組每公斤體重攝取的飲食脂肪量皆減少。(p < 0.05);介入組的後測飲食行為總分(51.7 ± 6.1)高於前測(49.2 ± 6.2)(p < 0.001)。綜合以上結果可知經健康促進活動介入,慢性B型肝炎感染者不僅增加營養認知,也可改變飲食行為,改善體位及血脂肪值。 |

Metabolic syndrome is associated independently with liver cirrhosis in patients with chronic viral hepatitis B. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of health promotion program on body composition, biochemical data, and eating behavior of hepatitis B virus carrier with metabolic syndrome-risk. Forty-six subjects recruited from campus received 12-week health-related lectures, 3-day exercise per week, and individual nutrition consultation. Control group with 96 subjects only completed basic questionnaires and biochemical examination. After health promotion activity, the results showed that body weight, body mass index, waist, body fat, blood pressure, fasting sugar, total cholesterol, LDL, and ratio of total cholesterol to HDL decreased in the intervention group (p < 0.05). There was no significant difference on anthropometric parameters in control group. Serum total cholesterol level was reduced (p < 0.05). From view of eating behavior, dietary fat intake per kilogram of body weight was decreased in both groups (p < 0.05). Mean score of eating behavior was increased from 49.2 ± 6.2 to 51.7 ± 6.1 in interventional group (p < 0.001). In conclusion, health promotion program improved the knowledge of nutrition, it did improve subject’s dietary behavior, and improved anthropometric data and lipid profile. |
