首先,機械手臂手術中最被廣泛採用的達文西手術系統,具有3D立體高解析度影像,以及可彎曲旋轉的手術器械,可以為在狹小空間:諸如頭頸部、胸腔,縱膈腔、後腹腔及骨盆腔,進行的手術提供了優勢。此外,術者眼、手一致的視野亦提供了動作的協調性及減低術者的疲勞度。最後,達文西手術系統可將術者的手部動作轉為微小而精準的器械動作,同時濾除掉了手部的顫抖。如此,達文西手術系統可提供更為精密、靈巧的控制以施行複雜的手術。綜上所言,機械手臂手術特別適合於泌尿科、婦產科、大腸直腸手術、心胸手術及頭頸部手術。 |
英文摘要 |
First of all, robotic surgery, in which the da Vinci® System is the mostly adapted, features a magnified 3D high-definition vision system and tiny wristed instruments, which make advantages for operation within a limited space, such like head and neck, chest, mediastinum, retroperitoneum and pelvis. Moreover, the surgeon's eyes and hands are always perfectly aligned with his view of the surgical site. It provides precise view and minimizes operator's fatigue. Finally, the da Vinci® System translates surgeon's hand movements into smaller, precise movements of tiny instruments and filters surgeon's hand tremor at the same time. Thus, the da Vinci® System allows surgeons to perform complex procedures with more precise, flexibility and control than traditional laparoscopic surgery. According to the benefits mentioned above, robotic surgery is especially suitable to be applied in urology, gynecology, colorectal surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, as well as head and neck surgery. |
