「敘事」(Narrative)不但在人類的歷史中以各種不同的形式出現,也在醫學教育中扮演重要的角色。一個好的敘事可以將事件的樣貌完整且按順序的呈現,並且協助學生們對於事件發生的背景、角色和情節有更充分的理解。因此,敘事也被廣泛的運用在臨床情境教學中。敘事探究則是質性研究中的一種研究方法。它已被應用於許多醫療保健相關學科。相較於其他的護理Q研究方式,敘事探究仍然是的一種較新的護理研究方法。本文的主要目的是介紹以哲學詮釋學為取向的護理敘事探究。此外,本文也簡要討論在護理專業中應用敘事探究的優勢和挑戰。

英文摘要

Narrative is found in all human history with many forms. It also plays a major role in health education settings. A good story can present and connect the events in a sequence and help people with a better understanding of the settings, characters and plots. On the other hand, narrative can guide students into the specific situation with better understanding comprehensively. Therefore, it being notice and becomes one of the popular teaching methods with situational clinical learning and practice. Narrative inquiry is one method use in of qualitative research. It has been applied in many health care related disciplines, however, it is a relatively new research method explored by Nursing faculty. The purpose of this paper aims to introduce the broad view of narrative research with philosophical hermeneutics approach. Additionally, the strengths and challenges of applying narrative inquiring research in Nursing is briefly discussed.
