目的：電腦虛擬訓練是常用腹腔鏡手術的訓練方法。本研究目的是評估電腦虛擬訓練所學到的技術是否能轉換的到真實的環境。方法：十位醫學生（A組）先接受電腦虛擬訓練器(Lapmentor)練習，另十位學生（B組）僅旁觀。這兩組學生再以訓練箱進行膽囊模型切除手術。這手術過程被錄下並由兩位資深外科醫師評分。手術時問及手術中的誤失也被記錄及分析。結果：A組學生的手術時間較短，膽翼穿孔、傷害血管及膽管較少，技巧得分也較高。結論：本研究顯示電腦虛擬訓練是有效的。電腦虛擬訓練司減少訓練箱的使用及減少耗材之費用。 |
| 英文摘要 |
Purpose: Computer-simulated devices are becoming popular as part of laparoscopy training. The aim of this study was to evaluate the transferability of skills learned from simulated instruments. Methods: Ten students (group A) practiced laparoscopic skills using a computer- simulator (Lapmentor), while another ten students (group B) were allowed to watch only. Both groups then performed the cholecystectomy procedure in training boxes using a gallbladder model. The procedures were recorded by DVD recorder and evaluated by two independent experienced surgeons. Results: The group A students took less time for the operation, had fewer gallbladder perforations and/or cystic duct/artery injuries, and had a higher overall performance score than tile group B students. Conclusion: Computer simulated training was effective in this study. This kind of training should be able to reduce the need to use training boxes. |
