目的：本文透過新進精神科專科醫師的經驗，調查對於專科醫師訓練課程之需求與建議。方法：民國92年7月至93年3月期間，針對86年11月至91年5月取得精專證照的醫師為研究對象，寄發自填式問卷：包含基本資料以及對臨床訓練、必修與選修課程之意見調查。結果：對數迴歸分析顯示，醫學中心的醫師認為「社區精神醫學」的相關知識須再加強；區域醫院方面則是「照會（急診）精神醫學」；精神專科教學醫院以「照會（急診）精神醫療」訓練較顯不足；地區醫院方面則認為須加強「門診訓練」及「臨床心理學」課程。此外，女性醫師認為「兒童青少年精神醫療」訓練與「團體及家族心理治療」課程須再加強。而愈晚取得專科醫師資格者愈覺得在「精神病理學與症狀學」的課程訓練不足。結論：研究結果指出精神科醫師對於現行專科醫師訓練計畫之需求，提供調整訓練內容的方向，以符合臨床實務所需。

Objective: This study investigated the needs of psychiatrists who had recently received their specialty license for specialized training programs (STP). Methods: Psychiatrists who had obtained their specialty license from November 1997 to May 2002 participated in this study from July 2003 to March 2004. Each participant completed a questionnaire that included demographic information, their opinions about the overall quality of their clinical training, and their required and elective STP course work. Results: The results of logistic regression analysis showed that psychiatrists at medical centers recognized their lack of knowledge in community psychiatry, and who at regional hospitals focused on deficiency of emergency psychiatric consultation. Training in emergency psychiatric consultation was considered inadequate among new specialists at teaching hospitals, although specialists at district hospitals considered outpatient training and clinical psychology training were deficiencies in prior STP course work. Female doctors recognized deficiencies in previous child and adolescent psychiatry training, and group and family psychotherapy courses of their STP programs. New specialists who obtained their qualifications were more likely to consider their psychopathology and symptomatology training courses were inadequate. Conclusions: The results of this study suggest the need to adjust the content of STP in psychiatry. in order to better meet the requirements of clinical practice in a variety of areas.
