本研究主要探討應用軟體產品開發專案之同步程度與績效間之關係。研究對象是國內的軟體公司開發應用軟體的專案,團隊成員3至10人者,分析單位為軟體產品開發專案,採取實證研究的方式,發出450份問卷,回收有效問卷l07份。 研究發現,同步程度會影響資源性績效;而同步程度與資源性績效之關係,會受需求穩定性與目標困難度的影響。所以在應用軟體的開發過程中,將開發階段同步進行,可以縮短開發時間、節省成本。

英文摘要

The purpose of the study is to examine the relationships of concurrency and performance in application software development. The subjects are from software development teams with 3 to 10 members. We send 450 questionnaires to the teams of samples, and receive 107 data. The results indicate that concurrency are positively associated with performance, and the relationships between concurrency and performance are moderated by requirements certainty and difficulty of objects.
