本研究之主要架構以創新密集服務矩陣為基礎,建構物聯網系統服務產業之定位分析,以物聯網系統服務主導商四種服務模式搭配產、學、研(物聯網系統服務廠、運營商、學術研究與研發單位)領域觀點,發展物聯網系統服務模式定位。分析歸納出切入物聯網服務產業角度,尋找物聯網系統服務產業的服務價值活動,提出各服務模式未來發展的經營策略。根據創新密集服務定位矩陣分析結果得出四種物聯網系統服務模式現在與未來定位,各相對定位配置關鍵之內部活動因子和外部資源,輔助相對應之服務定位發展,並藉由產業專家定位四種物聯網系統服務模式發展。研究結果顯示未來政府除扮演制定相關法令及維持產業秩序的角色外,亦應採行適當的獎勵措施,提供良好誘因,鼓勵企業積極投入;電信運營商則應主動提供具潛力及創新的先進技術服務平台;系統集成商或服務提供商需依未來需求之多樣性,彈性開發不同的業務或服務平台;軟硬件集成商可通過與運營商的密切合作,搭建多功能智能終端系統、建構更人性化的虛擬平台及應用程式商店。

英文摘要

This study mainly applied innovation intensive service matrix as basic structure to set up position analysis of the strategic alliance in the Internet of Things (IoT). Analyze a sound exploitation of the four IoT service potential business models is not only for the existing incumbents but also new and innovative players. Based on innovation intensive service positioning matrix, we got the present and future positions of the four IoT service potential business models, and service value activities factors corresponding to the positions, which assisted to develop the service models according to industry experts' opinions. The results of the study indicate: (1) Government: to develop relevant laws, regulations and appropriate incentives to encourage industry investment is necessary. (2) Telecom operators: to provide potential and innovative service platform with advanced technologies. (3) System and service integrator: to develop different business or service platform in diversity and flexibility for various applications. (4) Hardware and software integrators: to cooperate with telecom operators to build multi-functional intelligent terminal system to construct a friendly virtual platform or APP stores.
