By employing the grey system theory, the paper study investigates how higher-ranking officers' leadership style and pay & benefit affect military servicemen's intention to continue service and job performance. The data for analysis is obtained from 134 military servicemen's responses to the 5-point Likert scale questionnaire, which concerns exclusively with leadership style and payment & benefit. The collected data is calculated and analyzed in terms of GM(0,N), a weight model of the grey system theory. Data analysis indicates that there exists huge difference between the affecting factors of higher-ranking offers' leadership. Among them, the item ＂In daily conversation and behavior, we express our common goal and understand job vision＂ is regarded as the least important factor. This suggests that decision makers should ask supervisors to undergo more professional training. As regards pay & benefit, soldiers are most satisfied with pay raise and consistent pay standard. Such a perspective conforms to young people's expectation.
