本研究係在探討飼糧添加不同劑量高粱酒糟雲芝發酵物(sorghum distillery residue fermented with Trametes versicolor, SDR-T)對雄古早雞生長、血液生化值及紅血球相之影響。試驗使用體重相近雄古早雞192隻,隨機分配於3處理組,4重複,給予商業飼糧(0%,無添加SDR-T)為對照組、添加0.4%與0.8% SDR-T(粉末)於飼糧,於雞隻6週齡時開始試驗,試驗期為10週,飼料與水採任飲食。結果顯示,古早雞在6-10與10-13週齡之隻日增重分別以0.8%及0.4% SDR-T處理組最低,但試驗全期,古早雞之隻日增重、隻日採食量及飼料效率各處理組之間均無差異。從血清生化值之天門冬胺酸轉胺酶活性(GOT)、丙胺酸轉胺酶活性(GPT)與血清中總膽固醇、高密度膽固醇、低密度膽固醇濃度及紅血球總數(RBC)、血紅素濃度(Hb)、平均紅血球血紅素量(MCH)、平均紅血球容積(MCV)等紅血球相觀之,各處理組之間均無顯著差異。唯採食飼糧添加0.8% SDR-T組對16週齡之古早雞,則有較高的血清三酸甘油酯濃度(P < 0.05),但仍於正常值170 mg/dL範圍內。綜合上述,飼糧添加SDR-T在0.8%以下不會對古早雞採食量、體重及血液生化值與紅血球相有不良的影響,因此其可作為家禽飼料添加物的潛在用途。

英文摘要

This study is to explore the effects of adding different doses of sorghum distillery residue fermented with Trametes versicolor (SDR-T) to the diet on the growth, blood biochemistry and red blood cell phase of male Taiwan ancient chickens. The experiment used 192 male ancient early chickens with similar body weights. They were randomly assigned to 3 treatment groups with 4 replicates. They were given commercial diet (0%, without added SDR-T) as the control group, and 0.4% and 0.8% SDR-T (powder) was added to the diet. The test started when the chickens were 6 weeks old. The test period lasted for 10 weeks. Feed and water are available ad libitum. Results showed that the daily weight gain of ancient chickens at 6-10 and 10-13 weeks of age was lowest in the groups treated with 0.8% and 0.4% SDR-T, respectively. However, during the entire trial period, the daily weight gain, daily feed intake, and feed efficiency of the ancient chicken showed no differences among the treatment groups. From the serum biochemical values of aspartate aminotransferase activity (GOT), alanine aminotransferase activity (GPT), serum total cholesterol concentration, high-density cholesterol Concentration, low-density cholesterol concentration, total number of red blood cells (RBC), hemoglobin concentration (Hb), mean red blood cell hemoglobin (MCH), mean corpuscular volume (MCV), etc., there were no significant differences among the treatment groups. Only the 16-week-old Taiwan ancient chickens fed with 0.8% SDR-T had a higher serum triglyceride concentration (P < 0.05), but it was still within the normal range of 170 mg/dL. Based on the above, adding SDR-T to the diet below 0.8% will not have any adverse effects on the feed intake, body weight, blood biochemical values and erythrocyte profiles of Taiwan ancient chickens, so it can be used as a potential feed additive for poultry.
