擁有122年歷史的台灣日語教育可以區分為侵略時期(1895-1945年),禁止時期(1945-1963),經濟時期(1963-1988年)和文化時期(1988年至今)。戰後經濟時期的多數日語教育機構都屬於大學校院,不過,在文化時期初頭的1990年代,“全球視野”、“國際素養”、“多元文化教育”等理念抬頭;進入21世紀之後,提倡國際理解及國際移動力的強化,除了大學校院之外,高中、國中、國小也越來越重視日語教育。從2014年公告、預定自2019年起開始實施的「12年國民基本教育課程綱要總綱」也可以看出包含日語在內的外語教育更受到重視了。相信今後日語教育將會更加興盛。本論述回顧台灣日語教育122年的歷史,考察其問題點並思考今後的課題。|Japanese language education in Taiwan has a history of 122 years. It is divided into invasive period (1895-1945), forbidden period (1945-1963), economic period (1963-1988) and cultural period (1988-present). Many of the Japanese institutions in the economic period were in higher education institutions. In the early cultural period of 1990's, the philosophy of "global perspective", "international education", "multicultural education" was submitted. Especially after entering the 21st century, the importance of international understanding and international mobility has been advocated, and Japanese education in secondary education institutions and primary education institutions has become increasingly important. Foreign language education including Japanese is emphasized, as can be seen from the "The curriculum guidelines of the Twelve-year Basic Education" announced in 2014 and to be implemented from 2019. Then, Japanese language education is expected to become more popular than before. In this paper, we look at the 122 years history of Japanese language education in Taiwan, consider the problems of Japanese university education, and want to think about the problems of education today.
