M大學應用日語學系在每年三月時將迎接合作院校-日本N外國語大學國際日本系的教育實習生,實施為期兩周的教育實習。自2013年度起在今年(2020年度)也邁入第八年。截至目前為止已接受27名的日籍教育實習生。筆者在教育實習實施第一年起,就以指導員的身份設計課程、實踐並指導實習生。本文會以指導實習生內容為焦點進行報告。首先會詳細敘述兩次會話課教育實習中的課程設計及指導內容,接著抽取及考察實習生來台前製作的教案的優點及課題,以找出指導上需留意的點及各個問題的改善方案。|It has been 8 years since 2014, every March, the Intern students from N University of Foreign Studies of Department of International Japanese Studies which is the partner university of M University has come to visit for 2 weeks for Internship programs, accepted 27 people so far. The writer has been designing teaching methods and put them into practices since the first place and educating intern students. This article will focus on presenting the last point-educating intern students. Firstly, the article will point out the curriculum design approaches and academic advising point throughout the 2 times Internship speaking lesson programs, after that, the article will focus on the very first stage of lesson plan guidance which pick up the strong points and its issues from the intern students' lesson plan and put them into practices while searching for the improvement plans for that.
