本文旨在藉由對於黑格爾《大邏輯學》中「本質論」的「反思規定」章的文本詮釋，還原黑格爾對於思想律的看法的真實面貌，並進而證成黑格爾邏輯學的科學性格，以澄清部份黑格爾學者所抱持的「黑格爾從來不試圖使辯證法成為科學的」之類的迷思。
英文摘要

The purpose of the present paper is to give a textual interpretation of Hegel's chapter of ”The Essentialities or Determinations of Reflection”, the doctrine of essence, in his Science of Logic, with a view to recovering Hegel's genuine viewpoint on law of thought. It will further be shown, on the basis of textual interpretation, to validate the scientificity of Hegelian dialectics in order to clarify misunderstanding and myth such as ”the dialectic is so far from being fundamental to Hegel's thought that it is at best peripheral, or even non-existent, and it was never intended to be scientific,” which some Hegelian scholars allege.
