本文的目的有二：一是藉由解析莊子的「天鈞」與黑格爾的「動相」兩詞的確義，以比較莊子與黑格爾兩人哲學思想的相似處。二是由「天鈞」與「動相」兩概念的交互對照出發，進而分析莊子與黑格爾兩人辯證思維的邏輯結構，以釐清在何種意義上「莊子的辯證是消融的，而黑格爾的辯證是擴展的」，其中「消融的」、「擴展的」兩詞意義的分際，以比較兩人哲學思想的相異處。

The purpose of the present paper is twofold: Firstly, I would like to delve into the striking similarities between the philosophical thoughts of Chuang-tzu and Hegel, by way of examination of the exact meanings of Chuang-tzu's Heavenly Wheel and Hegel's Moment. And secondly, I would like to determine, via thorough analyses of the logical structure of their thoughts, in what sense and to what extent Chuang-tzu's and Hegel's dialectics are justified in being termed 'reconciliatory' and 'expansive' respectively.
