庫德族民族主義運動與民族認同之探析（19世紀末－1947）

庫德族民族主義運動之發展在上一世紀即已開始，然並未成功走向獨立建國。源自西方經驗的民族主義理論對非西方世界的人群而言是一外來產物，對庫德族而言，部落主義(tribalism)與伊斯蘭教信仰是其社會傳統，要如何將民族認同內化到其以宗教為尊的共同體(the umma)當中，是庫德族民族主義運動的重要一環。本文認為民族認同會影響民族主義之發展，然民族主義的內涵如靜態之論述和動態之運動對民族認同的強化不無影響，兩者會相互影響，本文分由三個重要面向觀察與分析，一是19世紀後期的反抗統治者的集體運動，二是1920年的塞福爾條約，三是1920年代中期土耳其庫德族的民族運動和1946年在伊朗馬哈巴德成立的「庫德共和國」。本文結論是民族認同在19世紀末到20世紀中期左右，依然無法取代庫德族既有的部落主義與宗教信仰；但民族主義運動在庫德社會所激起的漣漪到現在21世紀仍餘波盪漾。
