經驗,一直是教學與學習過程中的重要基礎,從經驗中學習,在近十年中,不論是理論基礎的探討或是實務經驗的發展,普遍引起了學界與實務界的興趣,也逐漸成為一個重要的研究主題。近年來,教改在台灣如火如荼地進行,基於教育改革應有理論作為基礎、經驗是理論與實務間的最佳聯結、以及教學策略的革新與課程內容的改革必須兼顧等因素,經驗學習理論是一個可以應用於九年一貫課程改革的教學策略。本文以經驗學習的歷史背景、經驗學習的內涵與經驗學習的模式等文獻探討為基礎,討論應用經驗學習理論於九年一貫課程教學策略的可能性,包括在教材教法上、教學取向上以及師資培育與教師在職訓練上的應用。 |

Experience is a significant source in the process of teaching and learning. Learning from experience, both in theoretical exploration and the development of practice, has drawn much interest and has become a major concern of research issues in the last ten years. Recently, the pressure from the curriculum reform is being exerted on the educational system in Taiwan. The purpose of this article is to analyze the possibility of applying experiential learning theory into the teaching strategy of Nine-Year Curriculum Reform. The literature of experiential learning is reviewed as the base of the analysis. Some of the new approaches to facilitate teaching in the future are discussed. |
