進一、二十年來,國內社會變遷急遽,學校教育在此一大環境下亦受到許多批評而不斷改革,其中課程改革尤為社會各界所關注。教科書的編輯出版則是課程改革的重要環節,影響學校課程實施甚大。在開放政策引導下,傳統的統編本教科書改為審定本教科書,多版本教科書的時代於焉來臨,學校可自審定合格的教科書名單中自由選用。但審定本教科書自研發、編輯、採用而至使用、評鑑,都出現了不少問題,需要特別予以關注。本文即以教科書的這些課題為焦點,論述其中之問題,提出改革建言。 |
英文摘要 |
Under very fast and intensive social change in the recent twenty years, elementary and secondary school education in Taiwan has been criticized and pushed toward constant innovations, among them curriculum reform is one important field gaining much concern. Textbook editing and publishing has always occupied the central platform of curriculum reform and implementation. This has switched from a single national edition to multiple commercial editions offering schools free choices. However, while schools enjoy free choices, students must still compete for entrance to higher-level education provided by senior high schools, colleges and universities. They have started to show concern about multiple textbook editions and the scope of test item writing of entrance examinations. In additional to students' concerns, this paper also analyzes other problems related to textbook writing' such as textbook research, development, editing, review, adoption, and evaluation under the new textbook system in Taiwan. |
