隨著社會的開放及多元,課程改革有其必要性及急迫性,教科書是課程具體呈現的媒介,教科書自由化在此一改革中扮演重要角色,但是在開放教科書實施審定制後,產生許多問題。本文旨在探討教科書自由化政策的沿革,分析自由化後衍生之問題,並提出相關建議,期使教科書市場機制能順利運作,達成教材多元化及提升教科書品質的目的。 |
英文摘要 |
Of the several education reform issues, curriculum reform has continually been emphasized for its inexorable trend and urgent importance. Furthermore, since the textbook has always been taken as a means to concretely present the curriculum, textbook liberalization policy is very critical during the reform process. Following the opening and implementation of the textbook screening system, however, several problems seem to be gradually arising. An overall reexamination, therefore, is essential and necessary to a better future coping strategy.The main purposes of this study are to start with the explanation on the history and development of textbook liberalization policy, accompanying the analysis and comments on the existing problems, and finally end up with some following positive suggestions. By these related discussions, the author expects to see a sound textbook marketing mechanism being adapted. |
