知識經濟時代是以知識為導向的時代,是當前人類社會發展的重要趨勢。知識經濟時代所呈現的快速知識化時程、知識傳播速度、以及產業的轉型和升級等特性,正衝擊著當前的教育活動。而居於教育核心地位的教學活動,自然必須適時調整。準此以觀,教學應該如何革新,以因應知識經濟時代的挑戰,也就格外重要。本文從知識經濟的觀點,來探討教學的革新工作,指出知識經濟時代的教學創新,可以採取以下的作法:(1)重視文化學習與國際瞭解;(2)鼓勵研究與創新的精神;(3)跳脫學科知識的限制;(4)強調知識轉化的知能;(5)提升科技與資訊的運用;(6)尊重學生的多元歧異特性;(7)增加學生合作學習的機會;(8)提供各種不同的學習經驗;(9)實施多元化的評量;(10)培養學生終身學習的能力。 |
英文摘要 |
Knowledge economy is a knowledge-based economy which indicates the current trend of modern society. The characteristics of knowledge economy profoundly influence educational activities, especially in the teaching. For this reason, we should make innovations in teaching in order to take up the challenge of knowledge economy. According to this paper, the proper measures can be taken as follows: (1) to stress the learning of culture and the understanding of international society; (2) to spirit the students to study and innovate; (3) to break the limitations of subject knowledge;(4) to emphasize the transformative ability of knowledge; (5) to improve the use of technology and information; (6) to respect the various characteristics of students; (7) to increase the opportunity of cooperative learning; (8) to provide different kinds of learning experience; (9) to implement multiple evaluation; (10) to cultivate students in lifelong learning. |
