學校課程評鑑是近年來推動的重要教改工作,然而,學校教師大都未能認識學校實施課程評鑑的重要性,對於課程評鑑的重要概念和方法亦欠缺理解,無法在評鑑實務中予以應用,以致抱著消極的態度予以因應,抵銷課程改革的成效。有鑑於學校課程評鑑之推動在國內屬於創新的工作,有其推動的背景,故先予分析說明。其次對於學校課程評鑑的概念加以釐清,以促進學校課程評鑑之性質、目的、層級、範圍等之理解。再次,則分析學校課程評鑑適用的方法,討論方法之適用場合,提出一般的評鑑步驟。最後則檢討教育工作者對於學校課程評鑑的心態,指出改進之道。 |

School curriculum evaluation has been one of important directions of curriculum reform movement in recent years in Taiwan, many scholars turned to this field to select their research topics, and many schools started to write their curriculum evaluation plans and try to put them into actions. However, there were so many difficulties and problems encountered by teachers and administrators, such as concept confusions, method misunderstandings, lack of time, negative attitudes, etc. This paper is to explain the background of reform movement in school curriculum evaluation, to analyze concepts related to school curriculum evaluation, to discuss many possible methods for school curriculum evaluation, to reflex on school teachers attitudes toward school curriculum evaluation, and finally to make some recommendations for facilitating a change. |
