在教師的行事工作中,以和學生直接互動的「教學」為主,有經驗的教師們都有一套建構完善的實務作為來運作教室中的事務,讓每天的生活得以順利運轉。這些例行化的教學行為、儀式、習俗即是教學文化。教學文化的來源包含教學的信念與價值、對不同年級的期望與假設、教室脈絡的複雜與不確定性、人際互動的規範、學校空間與時間的安排。本文主要在討論教學文化對學校課程革新的重要影響,認為教學文化的更新一方面既具有教師專業成長的實質意義,一方面也是課程得以真正產生革新的關鍵所在。並主張應鼓勵教學文化的持續更新,方可因應未來不斷變動的課程發展方向。 |
英文摘要 |
Teaching, in which teachers directly contact with their students, s the core of teachers' works. The experienced teachers have the well-constructed practices to make the classroom life runs well. This routine behavior of teaching, rituals, and folkways could be understood as the cultures of teaching that are from teaching belief and values of teachers, the different expectations and suppositions for students of different grades, the complexity and uncertainty in classroom context, the norms of interpersonal relationship, and the structure of time and space in schools. This article discusses the significances of the culture of teaching on the curriculum innovation. The main claims are that the renew of the culture of teaching is the necessity of curriculum change, and it implies the professional growth of teachers. |
