自閉症者由於本身徵狀的影響限制了其身體活動的正常發展與參與,可能成為身體活動量不足的高危險群。水中活動因為水中浮力與地心引力降低的緣故,對許多自閉症者來說能有較多成功的學習經驗(Huettig & Darden-Melton, 2004; Orsmond, Krauss, & Seltzer, 2004),因此較陸上運動適合自閉症者。本文主要目的在於簡介自閉症者之特質及適合其學習特質的TEACCH 結構化教學,將之融入游泳教學,並介紹三種水中動作評量工具,希望能提供體育教師、身體活動相關從業人員教學或研究時的參考。
