兩岸地區全民運動發展現況之比較

兩岸全民運動發展現況比較分析，首先蒐集相關文獻，接著進行文獻的比對分析，最後提出相關建議事項。本文採取論述方式，將兩岸全民運動發展現況的問題共分為七個面向加以比較：政策推動、運動人口成長速率、運動參與狀況、城鄉發展、運動設施、經費編列、運動輔導員等方面。最後提出以下六點未來研究方向：（一）推展運動彩券與彩券盈餘的分配；（二）發展與擴展運動產業；（三）健全職業運動的管理體制；（四）加強公共運動設施的建設；（五）積極開展兩岸運動交流與合作；（六）建立運動媒體和資訊法規的平台。

This article compared the current development of civil sports in Taiwan and mainland China. We first collected relevant literature, followed by analysis of comparative literature, and finally put forward suggestions. This article discussed the current development of civil sports in Taiwan and mainland China by seven divisions: policy promotion, growth rate of exercise population, exercise participation status, rural and urban development, sports facilities, budget, and sports instructors. Finally, six future research directions are concluded: first, promotion of sports lottery and the lottery surplus distribution. Second, development and expansion of the sports industry. Third, strengthening the management system for professional sports. Fourth, re-enforcement of the construction of public sports facilities. Fifth, activate exchanges and cooperation. Sixth, establishment of a platform for sports media and information law.
