「健康護照」為教育部提升學生體適能之計畫,目的在鼓勵更多的學生瞭解自己的身體適能水準,以改進健康和體適能狀況。國內健康護照之相關研究多以體適能的檢測為主,Blais(2008)生態模式健康護照,以校內實施為主結合學生校外生態進行發展,透過健康護照的實施及教師責任系統,促進青少年在校外也能規律的從事身體活動。本文旨在介紹Blais根據生態模式理論將健康護照應用在體育教學實施的情況,將其研究結果提供本國實施健康護照的借鏡與依據。 |
英文摘要 |
”Health Passport” is part of physical fitness program, which was designed by the Ministry of Education. The goal of this program is to encourage more students to learn and understand their current levels of physical fitness, so they can improve their physical fitness and health condition. Researches related to the ”Health Passport'' program in Taiwan have been dominantly focused on physical fitness assessments. Blais' (2008) Ecological Model of ”Health Passport” is conducted mainly in classes in combination of ecology engaged in the student activities outside of school. By the implementation of the ”Health Passport” and the teacher accountability system, this model promotes the youth to participate in physical activities regularly outside of school settings. The purpose of this paper was to introduce Blais' (2008) theoretical concepts of Model of Ecological of ”Health Passport” in Physical Education settings, This paper also provided the findings as a reference and an example for future study and implementation of ”Health Passport” in Taiwan. |
