This study used the method of literature review to search all the literature for the application of adapted physical activity in table tennis. There were 22 articles belong to physical disabilities, and the others were distributed over intellectual disability (1), visual disability (1), multiple disabilities (2) and developmental delay (1). The benefits of table tennis to physical-mental invalid were as followed: 1. It could improve intellectual disability students' ability to distinguish from right-left, to cross the middle-line of body, to provide visual following practical chance, to teach them the concept of space, to move the feet, and let the student learned cooperation each other. 2. It could promote the attention of chronic schizophrenic inpatients, help them daily and professional function maintenance. 3. Table tennis teaching program might be an effective intervention to improve children with developmental coordination disorder. Analysed the adapted physical activity development process and adapted physical education policy from Taiwan and Mainland China. We could find out Taiwan was aimed at the physical-mental invalid student to make related project to advance, but Mainland China was made related policy in each bill. Then, we suggest Taiwan government shall improve the adapted physical education project and make related policy in adapted physical activity.
