學齡前兒童（3-5歲）的身體活動攸關成年之後的健康，舉凡藉由骨骼肌的活動，消耗能量並產生身體運動皆可稱為身體活動。而探究學齡前兒童身體活動的方式之一為直接觀察，系統觀察工具The Observational System for Recording Physical Activity in Children-Preschool Version，簡稱OSRAC-P，即為觀察學齡前兒童身體活動的工具之一。本文擬透過介紹此一分類詳細的觀察工具，並結合電腦化系統觀察程式使記錄更具便利及準確性，提供幼兒專業人士或研究者的參考。

The physical activity of preschool children (between 3 to 5 age) is very important, it will exert an influence when they grow up. As long as the activity with skeletal muscle, it can be called as physical activity. Directly observation method is one of the approaches to understand preschool children's physical activity. The observation system for recording physical activity in children-preschool version called for short is OSRAC-P. That is, one of the instrument to observe preschool children's physical activity. In order to improve the convenience and accuracy of the observation recording, the purpose of this study was to introduce the detailed categories for the tool, combine with the computerize observation system program. Finally, give resources for child care professionals and researcher conference.
