近年來瑜珈風靡全台,且是個運動養生、放鬆身心靈的新趨勢,透過瑜珈使更多人認識自己身體且願意花更多心思傾聽自己身體內在的聲音,本文透過文獻分析法,收集瑜珈相關文獻,詳加分析及討論,並提出哈達瑜珈課程編排模式與動作練習,課程編排模式主要以一小時規劃成暖身運動、主要運動與緩和運動三大階段,每個階段分別設計不同運動強度之動作組合,希望能給予大專校院體育教師或指導員在指導學生運動練習時參考之依據。 |
英文摘要 |
Yoga has been popular in Taiwan in recent years, and it is a new trend for people to seek for good health and relaxing their bodies and souls. Many people are willing to know their bodies more and to spend more time listening to the voice from their own bodies. We collect and analyze the literatures related to yoga to generate the Hatha Yoga curriculum model and movement exercises. The curriculum of Hatha Yoga is composed of 3 stages in warm up, work up, and cool-down. Each stage is designed in different exercise intensities. We expect this paper to be the reference for physical education teachers and trainers in instructing their students. |
