膝關節一直是羽球選手下肢最常受傷的關節之一,在高強度的競技對抗中,選手常做剪步(crosscutting)、跨步(side-step)、旋轉(spin)、急停(sudden stops)與跳躍著地(jump landing)等動作,重覆的給予膝關節極大的負荷。許多優秀選手受到急性傷害或是累積性的損耗,除了接觸性的撞擊與瞬間姿勢不當外,在過度使用下,肌肉疲勞造成的骨骼肌肉或韌帶非常態的負荷,往往也是膝關節受傷的主因之一。基於以上背景因素,本文整理羽球運動對膝關節傷害之外在因素與傷害機轉分析相關研究,提供教練與選手作為訓練或競賽的參考,並希望能有助於降低因過度使用而產生的膝關節急性傷害的發生或者是累積性損耗。

英文摘要

Knees injuries were the one of most frequently injured joints of lower extremities in badminton players. In the high-intensity game, the common movements of players include cross-cutting, side-step, spin, sudden stops and jump landing. These movements may cause heavy loadings on knee joints. Many elite badminton players suffered acute injuries or accumulated lesions. Constant impact and transient inappropriate posture were the main reasons to cause knee injuries. In addition, muscle fatigues may also result in the abnormal loading on musculoskeletal system or ligaments in overuse conditions. This article reviewed the related literature in analysis of external factors and injury mechanism. The results can provide useful references for coaches and players in order to reduce acute injuries and accumulated lesion on knees.
