近幾年來,臺灣的大學體育課必修年限急速減少,引發教育主管單位、大學體育老師憂心。大學體育課程之規劃,應與其他大學學院、系、所的課程規劃一樣,遵循各大學特有的創校宗旨與教育目標、基本素養與核心能力,訂定各大學自己特有的「體育教育目標、基本素養與核心能力」,再依據自己特有的體育教育目標、基本素養與核心能力,規劃各大學特有的體育課程架構與地圖的程序,逐學期或逐年實施,而非僅就體育課程之必修或選修議題上在爭議。大學體育課程的教學內容,除了依據各大學特有的體育教育目標、基本素養與核心能力去規劃外,臺灣的大學體育課的核心目標,最重要的應該是「規律的終生運動習慣」,因此,臺灣的大學體育課的核心教學內容,應該是「運動促進健康知識」與「運動促進健康技能」。而「運動促進健康技能」是以「身體活動」技術為核心,並非「競技運動」技術。大學體育課實施時,應回歸體育課上課時是「學習時間」,不是「運動時間」的觀念,如此臺灣的大學體育課,才能真正的達成其教育目標。 |
英文摘要 |
The required physical education (PE) at universities and colleges in Taiwan dramatically reduced recently, and which causes educational authority and physical education teachers' concerns. It is not simply a debate over how many years of required or selective PE for students at universities or colleges, but an issue that the PE course structure and map should be designing according to the educational goal, essential disposition and core ability that students should acquire as the other educational institutes or departments do in the respective school. In addition to PE course structure and map design process, the core purpose of PE at universities and colleges in Taiwan should be ”lifelong regular exercise habit.” Therefore, the core content of PE course should be to promote the knowledge of health exercise and to stimulate ”skill of health exercise.” Furthermore, ”skill of health exercises” should be the ”physical activity skills” instead of ”competitive sports skills,” the physical education class should be ”time for students to learn” instead of ”the time for students to exercise.” |
