高血壓是導致心血管、腦血管疾病等的重要危險因子之一。不論是流行病學的研究或臨床實驗結果均證實,規律的低強度有氧運動,不僅可以有效降低高血壓疾病之罹患率,更可以有效降低高血壓患者的血壓,是預防高血壓或高血壓患者控制血壓時可應用的重要策略之一。本篇文章透過分析近幾年的研究報告及文獻,深入探討運動預防高血壓或有效降低高血壓可能發生的作用機制。

英文摘要

Hypertension is one of crucial contributors accelerating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications. Results from epidemiology or clinical trials proved that regular moderate and low-intense aerobic exercise not only reduce the risk of hypertension, but also diminish the blood pressure in patients. Thus, participating regular aerobic exercise is one of the important strategies in the prevention and treatment for the symptoms of high blood pressure. This paper reviews the current literature on the mechanisms of exercise training on hypertension.
