智慧型手機近幾年來已經漸漸成為每個人的生活必需品,不論是銷售的市場或是應用軟體的開發,都有飛躍性的成長。本文主要探討運動類型的智慧型手機應用軟體發展的現況及未來的趨勢,對現行的市場及相關研究做一個概括及檢視。整理歸納後發現,目前較熱門的運動類應用軟體是個人運動記錄類型的軟體,這類軟體可以幫助使用者瞭解自己的運動細節如跑步的路程、速度、消耗的熱量、重量訓練的歷程等等,搭配飲食控制的應用程式,達到塑身、健身、促進身體健康的效果。再與社群網站做結合,融入社交的功能,讓使用者更有動力的投入運動。未來可能的發展方向是如何利用智慧型手機產生更多樣的回饋給使用者,幫助使用者能更深入的掌握自己運動的情況。

英文摘要

Recently, smartphones have become the individuals' requirement in the daily life, no matter on the selling markets or software developments, they have the enormous growths. This study conducted the smartphone conditions and forecasts in the applications of software developments, and focused on the broad outline and inspection on markets and related researches. The data and results were generalized that sport tracking type applications were popular recently, these kind of applications could help users to understand the details of exercise more specifically, for instance, they showed the distance, average velocity, calories reduction in or after running, and weight training progress, etc. However, the smartphone can be cooperated with diet control application system for reaching the body shape, strong, and healthy effects. On the other hand, the smartphone combined with the social network and took the social communicate function, as well as stimulated the users wanted to get exercise more often. Future trends may develop the multi-feedback functions for the users, for helping the users to learn their own sports situation thoroughly.
