運動管理與產業包含各種與運動相關的設施、活動、產品、人員、贊助、代理、行銷、活動舉辦等相關行業,運動產業與籌措相關活動需要開源策略與節流方案。本文目的以運動管理在臺灣發展的情況,回顧大學校院運動管理相關系所在臺灣成立20年,運動休閒產業管理也演變出轉型模式,探討未來運動管理發展之趨勢。本文是以文獻回顧、趨勢新知收集與分析方式,綜合趨勢之結果指出運動管理未來趨勢包括:減少失誤、活動訊息聯結與安全防衛、國際化語言的應用、數字與視覺的運用、運動財務規劃、網路觀賞與收費。國內大學院校在人才的培育方面應該更加廣泛以及多樣性,建議思考國際化趨勢與可被取代性、數字化的趨勢、多樣化的趨勢、故事的包裝、盈利化的趨勢等,為運動產業創造商機與盈餘。 |
英文摘要 |
Sport management encompasses a variety of business products and services, including facility and event management, human resources, marketing, and the sports agent and sponsorship industries. Enhancing the sport management industry in Taiwan requires rigorous development of cost-cutting and profit-maximization strategies. This article fills a gap in the discussion of sport management industry development in Taiwan by reviewing the evolution and transformation of collegiate programs in the past 20 years, and discussing future transitions and trends. The research methods include literature review and collection and analysis of trends and innovations. Several developments are identified: reductions in human errors and facility limitations; enhancements in security, cyber connectivity, financial planning, globalization and multilingual features; and live presentation of sports events, in collaboration with cyber link firms, incorporating competition statistics and visual effects. Recommendations for profit maximization include the implementation of storytelling marketing in conjunction with existing trends in human resources, globalization, digitalization, and diversification. |
