運動傷害是運動員最不想發生,卻也無法不得不面對的歷程。雖然運動傷害恢復的心理近年來受到相關研究人員的重視,但相關論述較傾向提供因應方法或對策。2015年針對運動心理復建的做法,已進階到專業人員的培養。從發展來看儼然已成為一個學科分支,配合運動科學績效受到關注,國內也需要更深入的思索。因此本論述主要目的在提出運動員在受傷後情緒動態變化的不確定性。以文獻回顧的方法,藉由國外發展協助運動員專業復健心理專業的介紹,期待接續開啟國內發展符合本土運動員傷後情緒變化做輔導諮詢的努力,尤其是在建立相關專業課程的內容。分析結果發現運動員受傷的情緒是相當複雜的,國外目前透過意象、放鬆、評估等21種專業課程,協助運動員受傷後的情緒適應,建議國內也應該進行相關的運動科學規劃,以對受傷運動員有更適切的教育與協助。 |
英文摘要 |
Sports injuries are an undesirable prospect that athletes must nevertheless confront. Although the psychological rehabilitation of sports injuries has been paid much attention to by the relevant researchers in recent years, the related papers tend to provide coping strategies or countermeasures. The psychological rehabilitation method for sports has developed to the point of training professionals in 2015, and has developed into a separate branch of sports science. However, it could still benefit from further in-depth consideration. Therefore, the main goals of this paper are to present a literature review of the emotional changes of the athletes' uncertainty after injury, and promote domestic development efforts to meet the needs of local athletes undergoing post-injury emotional changes, especially through the establishment of related professional courses. The results show that the injured athletes' emotions are complex. In other parts of the world there are 21 kinds of professional courses, such as imagery, relaxation and assessment, which can help the injured athletes adjust their emotions. It is also suggested that we should pay some attention to such sports science planning in our country to provide proper education and assistance for injured athletes. |
