本研究目的是比較不同年齡層競技保齡球選手之專項體能與運動表現的差異,並分析其相關性,以做為訓練時的參考依據。研究對象為大專生及高中生共計49名,分別進行專項體能及保齡球投擲之運動表現測驗。研究結果顯示:一、大專男子之背肌力、動態平衡能力及運動表現皆顯著優於高中組,大專女子動態平衡能力優於高中女子,但左手三指握力高中女子顯著優於大專女子。二、背肌力、動態平衡表現(135°右腳、180°左腳、225°左右腳的跨步幅度)及心肺耐力與保齡球投擲之運動表現具顯著低度相關,且135°左腳與180°右腳的跨步幅度與保齡球投擲運動表現達顯著中度相關。本研究結論:一、專項體能之背肌力、動態平衡能力及保齡球投擲運動表現大專生優於高中生,應與其接受較長期的技術訓練及肌力體能訓練有關。二、專項體能之背肌力、動態平衡穩定、心肺耐力等皆與保齡球投擲運動表現相關,其中又以動態平衡的135°左腳及180°右腳的跨步幅度與運動表現有較高的相關性,推測原因為該角度與保齡球投擲時之技術動作最為相近所致。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study was to compare the differences in physical fitness and athletic performance between competitive tenpin bowlers of different ages, and to analyze their correlations as a reference for training. Forty-nine college and high school students undertook performance tests for sport-specific physical fitness and performance. The results indicated: first, the back muscle strength, balance ability and performance of college men are significantly better than those for the high school group. The dynamic balance ability of high school women employing a left-handed three-finger grip is significantly better than the college women's. Second, the back strength, aerobic capacity, and dynamic balance performance for 135° right leg (RL), 180° left leg (LL), 225° RL, and 225° LL all displayed low correlations and significant differences. Moderate relationships and significant differences were found in all performance tests and the dynamic balance of 180° RL with 1.3 strike, and 135° LL. We conclude: first, the college students' superiority to the high school students seems related to regular, long-term training. Second, back strength, dynamic balance stability, and aerobic capacity are correlated with performance. In particular, 135° LL and 180° RL were moderately correlated with sports performance and dynamic balance, presumably because the angle is highly similar to that occurring when a bowling ball is thrown.
