反手擰球技術是爭取主導權有效的戰術策略之一,為目前世界桌壇最先進的檯內接發球進攻技術。本文目的是以文獻分析法探討桌球反手擰球的由來及技術。分析結果顯示:一、桌球反手擰球技術是目前最佳的檯內球攻擊技術,特別是接發球時,爭取主動技術,對檯內短球處理達到無死角的方式。二、反手擰球技術主要是針對檯內下旋球和側下旋短球,利用手腕的靈活將對手來球擰起來,發動搶攻;技術使用率愈高、回擊落點愈廣,愈能取得主動優勢。三、反手擰球技術動作定義為:準備動作、引拍動作、擊球前動作、擊球時動作、擊球後動作、還原動作等動作的組合。本文建議未來能進一步研究發展反手擰球技術評量工具,包含主觀技術動作評估和客觀技術測驗。

英文摘要

The backhand twist technique is one of the most effective tactics for gaining dominance, and the most advanced over-the-table receiving attack technique in world-class table tennis. The purposes of this paper are to conduct a literature review to explore the history and analyze the backhand twist technique. The results show that: (1) The backhand twist technique is currently the best over-the-table attack technique. Especially when receiving a serve, it strives for an active technique to deal with short shots to eliminate blind spots. (2) The backhand twist technique is used mainly to deal with backspin and short sidespin with backspin, using the flexibility of the wrist to twist the opponent's ball and launch an attack; the more frequently this technique is used, the wider the counterattack zone and the greater the active advantage that can be gained. (3) The complete movement of the backhand twist technique can be separated into the following steps: the stance, the backswing, the movement before the stroke, the movement during the stroke, the movement after the stroke, and the return to the ready position. We suggest that future follow-up studies may focus on the development of assessment tools for the backhand twist technique, including subjective techniques and movement assessments, and objective technique tests.
