輪椅擊劍為最早納入帕拉林匹克運動會的項目之一，其分級制度與規則也日益健全，參賽人口逐年上升，然而，臺灣輪椅擊劍選手仍是少數。因此，本文透過文獻回顧的方式，目的在探討擊劍及輪椅擊劍分級、器材與規則的特殊性，以及臺灣輪椅擊劍運動的推廣與發展。分析結果指出：在分級方面，選手需經過基準測試及功能測試，根據測驗得分分為4級，國際賽事分為3組。器材特殊性則針對輪椅、輪椅擊劍專用臺與防護措施，根據材質、距離、尺寸擬定相應規範。在規則方面，國際輪椅及截肢運動總會與國際擊劍總會大致通用，唯遇選手身體突發狀況或特殊賽況擬定相關應對規定。近年來臺灣有少數單位開始推廣輪椅擊劍，自中華民國輪椅擊劍協會成立以來，已培育3名選手取得國際的參賽資格。然而受限於器材與專業人士不足，推廣尚未普及。未來發展可參考本文整理出輪椅擊劍之特殊性，以替代用器材進行體驗，並對具擊劍先備知識的選手與教練加強規則與技術。 |

Wheelchair fencing has featured regularly in every Summer Paralympic Games since they were first held. The classification rules and technical rules in wheelchair fencing have been fully developed. The number of international participants has increased every year; however, wheelchair fencers in Taiwan are still a minority. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the different rules in classification, equipment, and competition between fencing and wheelchair fencing through literature review, and to discuss the promotion and development of wheelchair fencing in Taiwan. Results show that regarding classification, wheelchair fencers should go through bench tests and functional tests. According to the test results, athletes will be placed into one of four sports classes that are further subdivided into three categories in international events. Specific necessary materials include wheelchairs, special wheelchair fencing platforms, and protective measures; corresponding specifications are formulated according to the materials, distance, and size. Wheelchair fencing rules of the International Wheelchair and Amputee Sports Federation are similar to those of the International Fencing Federation, except for special relevant situations or emergencies. In recent years, few national organizations have promoted wheelchair fencing. Since the Chinese Taipei Wheelchair Fencing Association was founded, three of its athletes have reached the international levels. However, promotion of the sport is hindered by a lack of sufficient equipment and expertise. For future reference, this summary can assist in delineating the distinguishing characteristics of wheelchair fencing, upgrading the existing equipment and levels of expertise, and strengthening the rules and techniques for athletes and coaches with prior knowledge of fencing. |
