在排球運動中,當球員扣球跳躍騰空時,有一段處在不會向上或向下移動的現象,稱為「滯空現象」。本文目的是以生物力學的觀點為基底,比較與推論排球扣球跳躍中,不同比例的滯空現象對扣球技術的影響。分析文獻結果發現,排球選手起跳進入騰空後下肢的屈曲和伸直,會讓選手在不改變人體重心的軌跡下,以改變其他肢段的動作來延長滯空時間。這一項能力被認為也許可以幫助選手在空中增長決定策略時間,讓選手獲得視覺提示後有更充分的時間做出判斷並選擇更有優勢的戰術,提高運動表現。本文建議未來可以3D模型從生物力學的角度來評估,探討滯空時間在上半軀幹特別是頭部的穩定性,也可以針對臺灣優秀運動員在滯空能力上的掌握,並評估其效益,以及探討滯空時間對排球舉球員的影響或幫助。

英文摘要

In volleyball, when a player jumping to perform a spike, there is a brief period of time the player does not move upward or downward; this is called the "phenomenon of hang." The purpose of this article is to compare and deduce the impact of different proportions phenomenon of hang on spiking technique in volleyball spike jumps, based on the perspective of biomechanics. Analysis of the literature found that the flexion and straightening of the lower limbs after a volleyball player takes off and enters the air will allow the player to change the movements of other limbs to extend hang-time without changing the trajectory of the body's center of mass. It is believed that this ability may help players increase the time available for decision-making in the air, allowing them more time to make judgments and choose more advantageous tactics after receiving visual cues, thereby improving sports performance. Suggestions for further research include conducting experiments using a 3D model from the perspective of biomechanics, while investigating trunk and especially head stability during hang-time. Other suggestions are to examine the hang ability of elite players in Taiwan, and the effect or benefit of hang-time towards setter.
