隨著人口老化，家庭結構改變，親屬網絡的社區組織也隨之改變，年老與年輕世代疏離，年齡與接觸的隔閡導致年輕者增加對高齡者刻板印象的迷思，繼而影響家庭的互助與社會支持功能，成為未來長期照顧的一大隱憂。然而目前長期照顧的宣導對象多以成人為主，相對於未來要承擔長期照顧責任的年輕世代的宣導活動卻乏善可陳。代間學習被視為對年長世代及年輕世代有益處，且能協助代間連結。本文經由簡述目前的長期照顧宣導、國內外代間學習應用現況，及代間學習對年長及孩童的實證成效，建議未來長期照護的宣導發展規劃。

As the population's aging and family structure change, the structure of the network of relatives in the community changes as well. An increased alienation between the aging population and the young population causes the young generation to develop myths about the older generation's stubborn character, further negatively impacting the function of family cohesion and social support, which can be a big challenge to long--term care. Unfortunately, the current outreach of long-term care is focused on adults without any engagement from younger generations. Intergenerational learning can help build connections between two generations and benefit both generations. The article describes current outreach in long-term care, the update of intergenerational learning in other countries and in the domestic setting, some evidence showing the effects of intergenerational learning. The key recommendation is to develop and promote a plan for the promotion of long-term care.
