目前國內外有許多相關研究及系統性文獻回顧,均證實正念介入會產生大腦中與壓力、專注力、學習、記憶力與情緖(特別是焦慮與憂鬱的研究最多)等對應腦部區域能出現變化;其他有生活滿意度提升、睡眠改善、心因性疼痛減緩、減少酒精/物質濫用者復發等實證研究。筆者的臨床經驗發現,不論是正念減壓課程或正念認知行為治療,正念介入能讓病患在面對不可改變的事實下,擴展心的彈性與調適能力,當下自我覺察,運用正念練習安頓身心。 |
英文摘要 |
The mindfulness-based intervention can affect certain brain regions; those are in charge of stress, concentration, learning, memory and emotions (especially anxiety and depression). In addition, empirical research has also proved patients with enhance life satisfaction, consolation of heart related pain, and reduction of alcohol/substance abuse. In regardless of MBSR or MBCT, the author's clinical experience has found that mindfulness based intervention can enable the patients to expand their flexibility and adaptability from their inner strength while facing the unchangeable facts. In summary, the mindfulness-based intervention allows the patient to develop the ability to perceive the current moment, to comprehend thoughts, and to reconcile the body and mind in a mindfulness way. |
