本專案旨在提升護理人員對慢性阻塞性肺部疾病使用吸入劑護理指導率，臨床發現護理人員無法針對病人使用的吸入劑，提供正確操作步驟之護理指導，導致治療效果未達預期。確立主要問題為未制訂吸入性支氣管擴張劑之護理指導標準作業流程、缺乏吸入性支氣管擴張劑教育訓練課程、缺乏吸入性支氣管擴張劑之衛教指導工具、缺乏稽核制度，透過製定護理指導標準作業流程、舉辦在職教育課程、製作衛教單張、製作護理指導手冊、製作多媒體影音護理指導光碟及實施稽核機制後，護理人員對慢性阻塞性肺病老年人使用吸入劑之護理指導率由21%提昇至92％，以達本專案目的。經由本專案的推行，使護理指導內容更加一致性，讓病人能正確操作吸入劑獲得有效的治療，提高服務滿意度，提升照護品質。

This project aims to increase the accuracy rate of nursing staff when instruct inhaler for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Clinically found that nursing staff cannot provide correct operation steps of inhalers for the patients, resulting in under expected treatment results. The main problems identified were the standard of nursing guidelines for inhaled bronchodilators, the lack of inhaled bronchodilator education and training courses, the lack of educational guidance tools for inhalation bronchodilators, and the lack of an audit system. After formulating standard operating procedures for nursing guidance, holding on-the-job education courses, producing health education leaflets, producing nursing instruction manuals, producing multimedia audio-visual nursing instruction DVDs, and implementing audit mechanisms. The nursing instruction rate of nursing staff for the elderly with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease using inhalants has increased from 21% to 92% and achieved the purpose of this project. Through the implementation of this project, the content of nursing guidance has been made more consistent, so the patients can correctly operate inhalants to obtain effective treatment, improve service satisfaction, and upgrade the quality of care.
