護理工作含攝助人特性,亟具意義性;但因長期處理與「人」之身心有關的問題,而易產生職業耗竭,乃至忘卻「關懷生命」之護理初衷。護理人員的「領導力」被視為是協助其同仁不忘護理初心之關鍵。本文旨在介紹以正向心理學為底蘊以及意義治療之追求意義意志而生之「意義領導」理念,並取其徑而提出可應用於護理場域的意義領導模式及運用,其含括意義、歸屬、理想、創造及責任,期能形成一正向而上的意義循環及由內而外地發展臨床護理人員對於護理工作之意義感,從而促進護病關係與照護品質。本文期以拋磚引玉之姿,為現今護理職業之人力資源挑戰,提供新視角。

英文摘要

The essence of nursing work is to care for others, which is of great significance. However, since nursing work deals with both the physical and mental issues of "human", it is easy to cause professional fatigue and hence neglect the initial intention of nursing work regarding "caring for life." "Leadership" of the nursing staff is considered as the key to assist their colleagues not to abandon their initial intention of nursing. This article aims to introduce the concept of "meaningful leadership" based on positive psychology and the pursuit of meaning in logotherapy. Furthermore, apply these theories to propose a meaningful nursing leadership model and its application that can be utilized to the nursing fields; these include: meaning, belonging, ambition, creation and responsibility. We hope that the application of this model can develop a positive and upward meaningful cycle and develop the sense of significance to clinical nurses in their nursing works, thereby encourage workplace relationships and the quality of care to patients. The determination and implication of this article hopefully provides a new perspective regarding the human resource challenges faced by the contemporary nursing profession.
